Bill access through self serve


All I'm getting when I try to access my bill is my profile and password change things. How do I access my bill and pay it?

Sorry I dont quite understand what's going on. What happens when you try to login?

Hi Kayla,

Once you log into Self Serve, you will see your current balance with an option to pay the bill. Click the black "Pay Bill" icon to be brought to the billing page.

Here you can download your past bills in a PDF format and also pay your current bill.

I'm trying to access my bill, but all I'm getting is the page where i can change my password and so on. I can't access the bill or anything else because it tells me that I have to be approved but I own the account how can I approve it to myself?

That would be because you have multiple self serve accounts linked to the same Koodo account. You will need to call koodo at *611 from your mobile phones during their hours of operations for help resetting your self-serve accounts.
