Being overcharged for me


I have the talk and text plan for $30 and I get charged 5$/100mb I used 34 mb and I got charged $10. I have an iPhone 4s.

Did your use cross a billing period?  You can see the fine details of the charges on page 3 of your PDF bill available in self-serve.

No I didn't that's why I don't understand why the extra $5.

Is your bill saying that you only used 34mb total? If after reviewing your bill as David advised, and your usage remains less than what would cause your overage to kick in, then I'd suggest sending a private message to Koodo's facebook page to get it sorted out.

@ Rena, you are on an older plan as you mentioned with no data included. What you do have is our "data-saver" with pay-per-use rates of the following:

0MB: $0/month
Up to 25MB: $5/month
Up to 100MB: $10/month
Up to 300MB: $15/month
Up to 1GB: $20/month

It's not $5/100mb. You may want to consider switching to one of our newer plans. There is one for $30, same as yours, but at least it comes with 100mb included as shock-free-data. You would get notifications about your data use to better manage your account.
