Andrew brown's idea on what koodo should change in the koodo community to make it alot better!!!!!


i think that Koodo should change the eligibility to being able to change your plan instead of only once per pay period it should be twice and also you should be able to change it in store not just over the phone or online because what if someone does not have access to a computer but and they are already over their data then what they call and charged for the call.  and also if you get a phone from Koodo then you should not have a tab they should just have a contract.

I agree that it would be awesome to be able to change a plan in-store, instead of just online or over the phone. Employees would still be able to print out a 'billing-calculator' for any applicable prorated charges, just like we do for new activations or upgrades. I must disagree with Koodo going to contracts though. Koodo was the first and best carrier in Canada (and maybe even North America) to offer a better alternative to a contract (The Tab). It is one of the cornerstones of Koodo's philosophy that makes it so great, and continues to contribute to it being the "most recommended wireless carrier in Canada". There is a big difference between a customer staying with Koodo because they WANT to (The Tab), and a customer staying with Koodo because they HAVE to (a contract).

The Tab IS a contract. The only difference from the "old contracts" is that it's based on the actual retail value of your phone at the time of purchase rather than some arbitrary number.
