As the backlash that has happened in the past couple of days what with Koodo removing every semblance of the old iPhone 60 70 and 80 plans, effectively locking those people into whatever plan they currently have, Jonathon (one of our Mobile Masters) gave me a good idea for a solution, so all credit of this idea go to him.
Koodo should allow all the customers that are currently on the 3 Year term plans the ability to move the amount they have left owing over to the new Tab system so that customers on the contract plans can be able to change plans for either financial need or the need for more data or talk time and NOT have to break their contract and then be charged the remainder of whats owed on their phone; Koodo can either still charge the extra "Tab Charge" or they can choose to waive it for those customers. I just feel that something needs to be done to keep these customers. (And I am not saying all of this just because I am on a 3 Year term which still has over 3 Years to go and am now stuck on the highest plan and cant change it without breaking the contract.) Hopefully this can be looked at as an idea that is worth implementing.
