airtime charge but I did not pass the minute limit


Hi there

my number is (REMOVED)

Koodo has charged me $49 for Airtime minutes. but I have not passed the limit for airtime.
it did charge me for last bill also which that one was ok but this new bill is not because I did not use more than my 300 minutes.

I even checked my previous, current, and even two month ago cycle but there was not any charge for any minute.

Give customer service a call, I find they are pretty helpful. They can reverse the charges if that the case. I've dealt with them in the past, very commodating I haven't call them a while regarding charges Not sure if they are good as they were.

First please remove your phone number on here as this is a public forum and you don't want spam lol. Possibly maybe some long distance charges? Check your bill details and see.

Before you call Koodo, what does the detailed billing say on your PDF eBill?
