I really need to activate my SIM card with a new phone, I lost my phone with the SIM card, so I was sent with a new one, they weren’t able to send me a phone, just the card, so I got a new phone and needs to be activated with the new SIM card Koodo sent me

You would have report loss/stolen SIM here first https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/reporting-your-lost-or-stolen-phone

After that, you can reactivate your new SIM as per the instruction there.

If you activate the new SIM now in selfserve without reporting loss, you cannot receive the validation text as you didn’t have the old SIM.
