active my new number but still no service


i just active my number online and followed all the instructions. it shows my name and data online but there is still no service on my iphone 4. what should i do?

Oh sorry to hear that, Yeesuet! Did you buy the iPhone from Koodo or is it an unlocked version? Is it prepaid or a plan? Try switching off your phone for a minute, remove the SIM card as well and then put it all back together - see if that solved it for you 😃

go to settings->general->cellular and make sure enable 3G is on.
