Activation interruption


I am trying to activate my cellphone, but it says that the service is suspended untill february 17th, but we are still in march... What's happening?

Since they have different activation processes, is it a SIM phone or not?

Is it prepaid or postpaid? If it is postpaid you can always call and get the line activated since online activation seems not to be working.

As a Koodo employee, you should know that online activations are no longer available at this time and you should know the reason why.
I called but I did not find the the button to press to get to the activation.

Keep pressing 0 till it transfers you to someone. Easiest way

Do you have another option because im using a friend's cellphone and she doesn't have many time on it

1-866-995-6636 Option 3 or you just say activate after choosing english
