activate new Sim card

I am stuck while activating new sim card. at the third step while choosing Base Plan & Booster Add-ons I am not able to click on Continue button nor i can select any plan. Please suggest how do I activate my card first time.

This seems to be a recurring problem. Contact Koodo via Facebook or Twitter (click on their logo at the bottom right of this page) and they should be able to get you up and running.
