Accessing data on iPhone 4S


I cannot seem to access any data on my iPhone 4S. I checked and the carrier is listed as Koodo 12.0. Yet when I am out somewhere and try to use my data an error pops up, every time. Seems silly to pay for this plan when I can't enjoy the benefits.

HEY THERE TAMMY! is your data turned on? go into settings,cellular and make sure cellular data is turned on 🙂

Is your iPhone from Koodo or another provider? You can reset the network settings as well. Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings x2.

Yes, I bought my iPhone from a KOODO kiosk. Will try the reset and see what happens... Thanks for the help!
