Do you have a tab balance or are you taking extra charges or tax into account? Like said above, go to page 3 to see a breakdown of charges.
Hi Mitesh - I believe you're referring to the BYOD promo offered at the time you signed up.
To clarify, the plan you chose is in fact $65/month. The promo, at the time you signed up, promised 12 months of $10 credits. It would have been communicated at that time that these will take effect on your 2nd or 3rd invoice. I see the credit note applied on your account, and you will see the credit kick in on your next invoice and they will be applied for 12 months.
