Hi:) my name is Jeong Won heui
I received my bill and I don't know why I have to pay $5.05 more.

for example this one.
Feb. 14, 2019 at 21:59
From: 236-993-8000 / To: 778-580-4001
Los Angeles,CA / MSG RTRVL TMLos AngeleCA,ZZ
Duration (minutes) / Total
2:00 / $3.00

I never used my phond data or call in U.S.
And also this record is wrong because my phone's recents record doesn't have any record that time.
I have only 3times call and these are before 12:00pm on Feb. 14.

9:59pm? 3minutes? I don't understand,,,, check my airtime charge please.

That is your voicemail number. Did you call it while you were in the States?

As much As I would like to believe you, those calls were made from your phone. Maybe you were near the border?

yeah I went to Los Angeles Feb.14
But I didn't use the call or the data because I didn't roaming!

I didn't know that voice mail is call so I thought I just checking:(
