7U21 Phone isn't activated

SO I've been a customer with Koodo now for just over two years and al of a sudden I have been deactivated. I do not understand why as I have looked on (the next to useless) self-serve portion of the website and noticed I don't have any bills I need to pay. I do not understand why I have been booted off of the servers.

try rebooting, pull your sim and then insert it after booting back up. Not guaranteed to work, but it can help. Let us know if it worked Best of luck
