75% usage on the 04th of the month

What is considered a "month" with Koodo? Is it from the 1st of the month to the last day of the month? or the 15 to the 15? Last week, on the 04th, I received notification that my plan usage was at 75%. that is impossible....

It's not a calendar month, it's the month 'in between' your bill cycles. For example, let's say your invoice date is the 5th of every month and you got a notification today. It's usage since December 6th upto January 4th. Does this explanation help?

To put it another way, there's no need to notify you on usage that's been billed and invoiced, it's for usage you're accumulating that will be billed to you

Make sense. I guess I was wondering what the billing months are for Koodo?

Congrats Liliane and welcome to Koodo...can I ask if you're on a spending limit? Sometimes when on spending limit, you get notification and it's based on both billed and unbilled charges.

What I mean from the above is that your first bill (if not received yet, not sure when your bill cycle is) will be prorated. This includes your monthly services from the date you activated up to your bill cycle PLUS one month in advance, so it'll be a little bit higher than expected this one time. The notification is probably taking this into account

It's not from the 1st. My billing period just ended on Dec 6.

You can log into self serve and go to e-bill. If your billing date say Dec 8, your billing cycle is the 9th of the month to 8th of the next month. And your minutes and data will reset on the 9th.

Just log into your Self Serve You should see this on your homepage. 6 Days from now is Dec.14. That means my billing cycle ends on Dec.14. So next month my cycles will be from Dec.15-Jan14
