403 Forbidden if I try to link 2 accounts

I cannot link my accounts, so I cannot go see my bills and everything on my new phone. Is it a problem on the server?

You should send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it sorted out. Either you cannot merge two separate accounts on your own (makes sense to me) or something wrong with the site. Regardless, you'll need to contact a rep.
