3G not coming up


I changed my plan today to include data but the 3G is not coming up on my iPhone.

3G and data are two separate things. You need 3G for text and calling to work with Koodo/Telus. Also make sure your data is actually turned on and you dont have a data block on your account. Also try Settings>Cellular>Cellular Data Network>Reset Settings
Thanks Dennis, I turned off the data block when I changed plans. Reset settings didn't do anything. When my wifi is turned off I can't get the Internet.

You also need to turn on Cellular Data (Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data) You may need to update your Cellular Data Network settings if the reset did not work. It should read something like: isp.koodo.com

Hmm... I would go to your self serve and make sure your Data Block is really off on your Add-Ons
