1) Not getting access to all accounts online.....2) People can't call my cell from a landline....


1) I just purchased 2 iphones on a monthly plan and my existing iphone on a pre-paid plan.  I can only see my purchased phones info online.  I can't get access to the pre-paid plan to track or top up.

2) I transferred my land-line to my pre-paid phone.  Phone is working fine for incoming and outgoing calls, but some people cannot get through to me if they are calling from a landline - and may primarily be from an Eastlink landline (that's who I transferred from).

Pre paid and post paid have different on line accounts. You have to click on the prepaid login link and create a prepaid online account.

And Roblyn, while the postpaid site is quite easy to use and find things, do not expect to find the same benefits on the prepaid site. It's my only gripe about koodo.

Justin is right! You will need a separate Self-Serve for your prepaid account. If you don't remember your prepaid credentials, give us a call at 1-647-788-3948 and we could definitely help you with that.

As to your second inquiry, this sounds like an issue that our tech support team will be able to further assist you with. You can reach them from another line at the number above mentioned, option 6 - tech support.

Thanks Veronica. Support is dealing with the landline issue and when that gets resolved then I can get access online
