For customers who use or continue to use your service for 2 years or more, I think it would be a great idea to upgrade the data on their plan/rate to 50 mb, at no additional cost, as an appreciation.gift for their loyalty. But I'm not done yet! For customers who reach 4 years or more of continued service with Koodo, I suggest a free upgrade of 100 mb.
This idea not only benefits the customer and could prevent them from consider changing their phone plans over to a competitor, but it also benefits Koodo. Word of mouth is the best advertising, and once your loyal customers start reaping the benefits of this.gift, their friends may very well start switching their plans over to Koodo as well.
