Sometimes significant changes are made for whatever reason that make a lot of previous posts inaccurate or misleading. Recent changes to self serve not immediately obvious to clients:
1. No more SIM changes in self-serve. Must call in.
2. No more Seasonal Change Plan in self-serve. Must call in.
Announcing some of these things up front might save some time and frustration for everyone using this board, as well as improve the mood of clients contacting your telephone staff.
