Hi, I finished with your services in october 2016 and I asked you to send me my bill by mail and by email and you never did it, now you sent me a surcharge because of the delay.... shame on you!!!

Not sure what exactly happened Yulemi. The last call we have on file from you is from September. Then In October you ported out your line. You logged into your account today to make the payment, did you not have a chance to check your bill online last month? We don't send paper bills anymore.
