Roll Over minutes.


I really was disappointed when I signed up with Koodo, then realized that you did not provide Rollover minutes. I do believe if you pay for a certain amount of minutes you should be able to keep them. Your customers should be able to keep them. They are paying for the minutes, so I really am hoping that you will provide this feature in the near future.

Koodo is not the only Canadian supplier to work that way.

One way to keep your minute and data buckets intact is to go prepaid, then nothing expires as long as your base plan is renewed every 30 days. The unit cost for minutes & data is higher than post-paid, but nothing is wasted.

Prepaid tends to work out better if you are a light user and don't need roaming outside Canada. You would have to make a comparison based on your usage patterns.
