Last Friday was my birthday so I decided to get a Smartphone and replace the one I had for over 5 years. I heard that you could get a $50.gift card so I thought now is the time. Unfortunately, the fine print said for new activations only. Why? I have been a loyal customer since Koodo started. I have 3 phones on my account and have referred many people to Koodo before the 5 referral reward system they have now, but I am ineligible because I already exist. That is not fair. It put a damper on my birthday and phone purchase. Koodo should give the same privileges to existing customers to keep them and give a bonus on their birthdays! Competition is fierce in the cell market so why not reward the loyal customers before they go elsewhere so they can have new activation rewards?
