Time after time we keep seeing ideas for rewarding long time customers. Especially when long time customers can't get special offers .gift cards with new phones, special rate plans) forcing customers to leave because let's face it, Koodo is a copy of Fido without the Spotify. So my idea is simple, customers of say 3+ years get access to those special offers. Rewarding them for their continued patronage, and keeps them with you. The offers already exist, so instead of loosing people to Fido or Virgin keep the long time customers and make them feel appreciated.
