Return 'Summary of Koodo Tab by user' to bill

Since 2013, when I first became a Koodo customer, the opening/closing tab balance appeared on our monthly bills. This past July, it disappeared. Yes, it's available on Koodo Self Serve but, when reviewing the bill, it was convenient to see at a glance how much was left on the tab, even plan timing for a phone upgrade.

Would Koodo please put the 'Summary of Koodo Tab by user' back on our bills?
