I have been a Koodo customer from the first day I landed in Canada. It has been 3 years now and I have never faced any issues with Koodo. Issues like network problems, higher bills, hidden charges. I have met a lot of people here complaining about many companies, like some companies have network issues, some have hidden charges, some charges more bills. But honestly saying I have never met a single person in Canada who have any complaint against Koodo.
So I want everyone to enjoy their Phone service like I am enjoying.
My Idea is that Koodo should start advertising at the Airports too. The customers who are new here can take the Koodo Prepaid service and later on when they have all the proper Canadian Id's then they can move to Koodo Postpaid.
My idea is the best because I think by this way Koodo will extend their business even more.
