more airtime info in plan comparisons

The tool for changing plans is great, but it doesn't show included minutes for either plan, per(second/minute) billing differences are also buried away a bit, and overage rate differences for additional minutes should also be included since these are all things the customer is potentially "giving up" when they change their plan and press the confirm button, but they haven't been shown that it's changing.

For the per second/billing thing, if you're on per-second billing and attempt to change to a new plan, when you hit submit/confirm, a huge box pops up making sure you understand that you will be losing per second billing. Showing the difference in airtime is a system limitation as of right now, I believe.
