Month to month Data Roll over


I feel that koodo provides their customers a better advantage of no hassle with phone service, and as a suggestion It would be nice to see data roll over from month to month, many times i save my data as to not overuse it with music and such that I forget it all together while other times i use my data as needed that provided from my plan but to my surprise i use it up before the end of the month and have to either decide to go with wifi or without data and realize i lost my 1.5 GB from last month and think how great it would be to still have that this month...considering I can no longer update my plan to a larger plan with out paying out my tab first 😞

Great Idea in theory.
However I just don't think this will happen anytime soon.
Koodo already gives you the option of changing your plan anytime penalty-free.
So you're encouraged to just get the plan that best fits your monthly needs.
Just sucks for someone in your position.
I would call into customer service and see about changing to another plan.
there may still be some higher data plans available to your tab-type.

They have this already. But it's prepaid. Depending on your usage that may work for you. It may be more expensive for your needed but that's the cost of rolling over data and minutes.

Prepaid is a great solution for many of us intermittent or binge users. Strictly pay as you go and very easy to set up keeping the same number.

The downside anyone faces is that the current tab has to be paid off in the process. Koodo is no longer extending you any credit or subsidy at all. And no foreign roaming or call forwarding.
