Is it possible to text a number that tells you how much data you have remaining for the month?

If not, it would be a good idea to avoid having to log on self serve. The text could say something like 245/300 mb used. Data will reset "date"

You can use the self serve app to find out, the data it uses doesn't count towards your quota.

Except for those who don't have a data plan but need a data connection and aren't connected to wifi... data leakage. That will happen guaranteed. As well, there are those without smartphones. And then there's those like me who just hate the app

Agree with the last point on iOS. Not being able to be auto-connected starts to piss me off. So yeah, offering another option would be a good thing.

Just use their new website Robert. That auto logs and the usage meters are really good. And it's designed for phones.:-) looks good.

Doesn't koodo already send everyone with data in their plans alerts at 75%, 95% and 100% of their bucket use? I get them.
