Have an interface of support text carriers, maybe an email server that you can text and get live support. Adding a verification password to each account having pre existingvusers voluntarily sign up, as well as new users. I'd even pay a cost maybe $0.25-$0.50 per help ticket addressed this way.. Having been out or on the bus or too busy to wait on hold this would be very easy and convenient way to get the support I need!!
