Frustrated trying to cancel a plan


Absolutely lousy customer service. Just waited 25 minutes to talk to someone. The service person talked to me for 10 minutes, put me on hold, then told me she was not the cancellation department. Really?!?

Now on hold for another 25 minutes for the cancellation department! 

Here's an idea. Make it easier. I already have 2 lines with you and don't need the 3rd. Why can't I do this in Self Serve? Unless frustrating me to the point of hanging up is your objective???
