How do I get account start date adjusted.

Desparately trying to get answer as to why my account started billing from 28th July when the SIM didn't arrive until 6th August. I have been charged $12 for a period I didn’t have a SIM card. How do I get to talk to someone - anyone! Useless and frustrating

It is because of the postal service delay. Ideally, the sim should arrive at the time of activation. You could try to contact Koodo directly and ask a rep to look into it. I recommend you chat with a rep via Facebook or twitter messaging. Links at the bottom of the community forum page. 

Complete crap - they should be honest and charge from the time of activation. In Canada our postal service is not guaranteed so just chraging fro m the day the sim left the depot is not acceptable. Then to have to chase around trying to talk to someone to adjust is a waste of my time
