Can you be more specific, Kurtis? What account changes did Koodo make and not notify you? And how did they give you bad CS?

If you mean getting a confirmation email when a change has occurred (regardless if it was made by you or by a Koodo Customer Service Rep then I agree. This will mean that both customer and the changes that occurred are clear and any errors or miscommunications are caught early. Great Idea 🙂
