Just don’t get why Koodo wouldn’t just alow this promo to all Koodo customers... might as well ju...If someone were to come to the community to look for reviews of any carrier right now you'd see the same thing with them all. Take a look at other carriers forums.

If I upgrade I'm getting a new tab anyway sooooo I'll still have this plan and a tab... I just upgraded not even 2 months ago

Koodo CS did not even put me on wait the whole yesterday and this morning (they directly disconnected me). So, as a loyal client of year, today I sadly (and disappointedly and angrily), said goodbye to Koodo and went with Fido. I am even getting tempted to switch to Freedom, as a sign of appreciation for them creating some competition in this country. They deserve our support. But to Koodo, after this long time of being with you, I have to say shame on you! I used to be a fan and I had encouraged several people to become your clients. Now I regret it. Shame on you!

I ve been trying to get a hold of Fido CS on the phone now for my friend.. it's been down for a long time  
If u were smart you would understand that no one is hurting from this except for Freedom.

A lot of users are switching providers because that's often a faster transaction in order to get onto this plan. Many users (even with device balance buy-outs of up to $200) are willing to bite the buy-out to jump on this deal. Too bad it hadn't been made for existing customers via self-serve. Now it's nearly impossible to get through to customer service via phone 😮 Been trying for days...
I am ready to move if Koodoo does not give me that deal. I will pay my tab right away., not a problem here. What say you Koodo. Loose 2 customers (128 per month, r keep us?

For existing client to get this, pay $15 for a new SIM, open up a new line. Sign up for the new plan and then port your old number over, once it's ported out, you will get a bill for the tab.

when o try to upgrade it doesn’t bring up the 60 option?
