Z10 won't send pictures

Hi, I have a blackberry z10 with koodo and it won't send MMS messages. It never leaves my phone so I know its internal to the phone but I think it has something to do with koodo since I haven't found any solutions on crackberry or related websites. Any suggestions? Is there a different proxy for blackberry's because I checked that too.

Is your data on when trying to send mms? It has to be on with koodo as it sends through your data connection. You wont be charged for the data it uses though to send them. Make sure your APN settings are set to koodos as well.

1. Make sure your plan includes data. 2. MMS will never work through WIFI. Therefore, data must be on. 3. Check APN/MMS settings From yout Z10 > Settings > Network Connections > Mobile Network. -Mobile network should be ON. -Data services must be ON. -Network Technology; LET/HSPA+/UMTS/GMS Then, right at the bottom of the screen tap on APN. ACCESS POINT NAME (APN) should be: sp.koodo.com Once you saved those settings, POWER OFF AND POWER BACK ON YOUR BLACKBERRY. [b] Then, send a picture message to your OWN number. Just to make sure that picture is uploaded to the network and then downloaded back to your phone If the picture is delivered back. You fixed it.

Make sure your data is on again. Contact Koodo via phone for tech support
That actually worked. Is there a way to limit my data to the mms? I get a lot of large emails and stuff and it eats up my data so i never have it on

Yep, from the Blackberry app store. You can download any type of data monitor. This one is for $0.99 but you can find a lot of free apps from there. Data Monitor for BlackBerry 10 → http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/25739873/?countrycode=US&lang=en
