I don't know if anyone can help me, but I'm going to ask anyway ... I have the WOW authenticator on my phone and my old cellphone stopped working and when I logged into my WOW account I can no longer sign in because I didn't unattach the old authenticator before downloading the app to my new phone and it will not transfer over. I have an android phone, so it won't bring up the necessary restore menu option for me to do it that way. When I signed up to play WOW 5 months ago, I used a pseudonym which I obviously do not have government issued ID for. Blizzard won't help me without this information. Can Koodo somehow fix this issue for me or am I pretty much 'screwed' for the lack of a better word?
