It would need to be unlocked first... go to freemyblackberry.com to get a free code within 24 hours or pay $3 for an instant one. Then we have to worry about frequency compatibility since Wind operates on a different spectrum than Robellus and their sister companies. EDIT: I did some poking around the interwebs and it doesn't look like it's compatible.

UMTS: 2100/1900/850/800 MHz or 2100/1700/900 MHz GSM/GPRS/EDGE: 850/900/1800/1900 The frequencies above say the BB 9900 should be compatible on Koodo's network, obviously it will have to be unlocked to be able to work on the network, but I've read conflicting reports that the device may not work, because the device is programmed to operate on WIND Mobiles' AWS frequencies only (2100/1700/900 MHz). Best option would be to call Koodo tech support to see if the BB 9900 will work on the Koodo network.

It's not 100% accurate but it is helpful.

HEY THERE ! You can always go to a koodo kiosk and put in a koodo sim card and see if it will on our network once its unlocked . ^rikkster is 100 % correct though, its known that WIND phones dont work on the koodo network due to the diffrent frequencies.
