why has my bbm stopped working on wifi? i have data added, wifi is on and connected, but bbm doesnt work


my wifes phone is on the same account, and hers works

What BlackBerry do you have? If you don't have a BlackBerry 10 device (Z10, Q10, Q5) then... Did you recently change your plan? When you did, did you choose the BlackBerry specific version of your plan? Did it ever work when on koodo network? Does it work now on Koodo's network?
i have a blackberry bold 9900, i recently removed the blackberry data access and then re added it again and that was about a day ago

Okay so you probably need to register the phone again Turn off wifi. Go to options, device, advanced system settings, host routing table, Hit the BlackBerry logo key and choose Register now After that's done restart your BlackBerry Let me know
