Why do I have to wait minimum 2 hours on hold before I can talk to a customer service rep?

Whyyyyyy do I have to wait hours to talk to a rep? worst customer service. Worse than wind mobile never thought that was possible

Still on hold now!! Was on with customer service rep then demanded a supervisor and the moron put me back in the cue

Calls to supervisors are also dealt with on a first come-first served basis. You said there was a multiple hour wait to reach a rep, why would you think there would be a supervisor doing nothing, just waiting for you you get through so they could talk to you?

Depends when you call.  I've had to call numerous times lately and many times I get rite through.  And at least they call you back in the time they say they will.

Fb message them they respond quicker. Well it still takes hours but I find at least then I'm not on hold forever. Their customer service is brutal

It has been like this since December. Koodo doesn't realize there's a serious problem here??? Loosing customers!

Can you be more specific?  Are you on a monthly plan or prepaid?  Did it work before?  Are you a new customer?

When you first call Koodo there should be an option for a call back. Alternatively you can talk to a Koodo rep through facebook or twitter dm.
