Why can I not switch to new plans with an existing phone?


Switching to new plans with an existing phone?

Did you pay up your tab? When I've called Koodo yesterday I was able to switch to a new plan.

Login to self serve and go to Phones Service -> Change Plan

Denny is Right, existing customers need to pay off their existing tab balance and then call in to Koodo to switch plans

Yeah and there's supposedly the 10% discount built into the plans already

The new plans don't work with existing Tabs. You'll have to pay off any negative ones first. They're not doing it to piss anyone off, it's just the way the new system is designed.
Thanks for the replies. I have 2 phones under my acct, one with a negative TAB and one with positive TAB ($125+). Under the new Self Serve when I click on Change Plan, neither one of them show me the new plans. I guess I would have to call in to see if I can resolve this over the phone... thks
