What is my MEP code?

my blackberry is asking me to enter a code for it to unlock the the sim card and when i click yes it says to enter the MEP code and I don't know what that is?

Hi Justin! Welcome to the Koodo community 🙂 A MEP code is unique to each Blackberry, the only way to get this code is from the Company that gave you the phone (which is us). Give us a call at 1 866 995 6636. Good luck Justin!
