Usage history doesn't match my used data.


Today i got a text from Koodo that i already used 75% data plan, so I checked my prepaid plan status and my remaining data booster doesn't match usage history. What is this? Customer service center answered me that i have to wait for updating new information(and very unkind), but other recent information is already updated. Is there anybody to know about this?

The data usage counter online is a few hours behind what your actual usage is at the current moment.

This is why I would suggest monitoring directly on your phone. Like that you can get real-time usage. The text system is a little delayed as is the online information on self-serve. Have a nice day.
