My idea for a new KOODO Mobile feature I call "Usage CHOICE" is to have the option for voluntary usage caps placed on our accounts. This will allow every KOODO member to be able to set a limit of their desired maximum monthly anytime minutes and data usage, simply by using Koodo Self-Serve. For example, if your monthly plan includes 200 monthly anytime minutes, with 50 cents extra per minute, you would have the option to halt any further voice usage after the 200 minutes included in your plan are used, with a similar option for data usage. This will offer us KOODO members a piece of mind and worry-free confidence that we won't have to pay any more than we intend. Also, I am confident that this will appeal to many not-yet Koodo members who are searching for a wireless carrier to suit their needs.
