upgraded to new unlocked phone. want to change plan. it is not letting me


Upgraded to BB Classic Unlocked phone.  Had orginally Koodo phone for 4+ yrs.  TAB IS PAID OFF.  Will not let me change to a new plan

Hi Melissa! Try clearing cache and cookies or refreshing your browser. If that doesn't work, give koodo a call and explain the situation and they'll be able to change your plan for you free of charge. 1 (866) 995-6636
