They can't reconnect my phone but I send them the bill and try to call them for 4 days

Ok so It's been 4 days that I tried call the assistance by phone. And now that I finally got them they can't reconnect my phone because they didn't receive the payment yet that I made from my bank website. (debit transfer). I know that it takes 3 or 4 days to get the payment but that's not nice. I wasted at least 20hours in 4 days trying to call you And my line is not back on service.

Yup, payment has to be received, and any reconnection fees paid,  before reconnection occurs.
