Thank you for being reasonable with pricing of the BB Z10

Some Canadian carriers have priced this promising but yet unproven phone at $650. Koodo is selling it at a way more reasonable $550. Kudos to Koodo. I may actually pick one up.

That is impressive. Being a die hard Samsung fan, this might be a difficult decision lol

I just discovered a way to watch US Netflix on my iPhone, so that killed off any chance of the Z10 being my daily driver, but I'll definitely be getting one for review purposes and I sincerely want BlackBerry (I guess all the RIP RIM talk was partially right, as they've retired the company name) to do well. I grew up in Kitchener-Waterloo and have lots of friends and family there so I'd like the local economy to be as healthy as possible. Not to mention that I hope to move back there sometime in the near future. I'll probably wait a month or so to pick up a second-hand one so that reviewing it won't cost me anything as I should be able to get the money back by re-selling it.

I use www.unblock-us.com for my home solution. With a rooted Android device, you may be able to use this service if you can find a reliable way to change the DNS settings over mobile broadband. I haven't had much luck. Sometimes it would work. Most of the time it wouldn't.

Great price just really REALLY wish that Koodo offered the white version, it's soooo much nicer looking.
Would love this new phone, waiting for more feedback from clients.

It's missing a few key cross-platform apps for me at the moment (One Note, Sky Drive, Netflix, and a few others) so it's not likely to become my daily driver just yet, but I'm excited to try one out.
Promising yes.. not selling a lot of them at work but most people are hesitant and that is understandable. If they can continue to improve their app situation then I can see it catching on.

Best Buy. Perhaps the carrier stores are selling more though.

Alot of stores actually sold out of them & it's the most sold Blackberry for a new release ever in all carrier stores. They are actually doing really really well from what reports are saying. They aren't sure how it will do in the US though because Blackberry doesn't sell well there. It doing really good in Europe though also.

Yeah, from what I've heard carriers have been in short supply. However, I don't think its as big of an issue anymore now that we're into things

I'm saying like a few weeks after launch, the shortages should decrease/eventually stop soon aka "getting into things" 😛

Not with the launch coming soon in the US, although it's not going to be huge there, there is alot of stores to fill.

I'm talking about Canada and even when its released in the US, it won't effect Canadian stock.

why wouldn't it affect Canadian stock? They're all made in the same place
Makes me want to try a Black Berry.

Rogers is actually raising the price of the Z10 now to $149.99 on a 3 year term, that's way too high geez

Selon BMO ce jour, seulement 275.000 exemplaires du Z10 ont été vendus depuis son lancement par RIM, loin deriere Apple, il faut donc s'attendre a ce que RIM réduise le prix du BB Z10 selon BMO.
got mine last week thnx to koodoo..only paid 100 with my tab
