Good Afternoon everyone. Looking for some assistance as I am stumped.
I have a friend thats using a Blackberry 9900 and just switched to koodo as a sim only customer. Prior to switching there were no issues between our phones (I am using a nexus 5 currently) but since the switch I have been unable to receive any messages from him SMS or MMS but he is able to receive all messages from me no problem.
I have Tried:
- Checking Spam Folder
- Checking Block/Auto Reject Numbers
- Soft Resets
- Battery Pulls
- Going In and Out of Airplane Mode
- Changing APN Settings
- Manually and Automatically Choosing Networks
Other than a factory reset which I would prefer not to do if possible I have no idea how to fix this. Is there a chance that a special blackberry add on has to be applied to his account since it is a Blackberry but doesn't have BB10? Any help or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
