I took an SMS survey from Koodo today.. The last question was: "Do you consent to Koodo using your answers along with information we have related to your account to help improve customer experience. Reply 1-2 (1= Yes, 2= No)" I was not able to reply "1", because- "along with information we have related to your account" is super vague. My question is for the more experienced of the Mobile Master Class: What information RELATED to my account has Koodo/Telus been collecting?? Please describe what is being collected and what information they "have related to" my account. Please describe any and all information that is being or has been collected (other my account number and contact details). Also, where/how are they getting this "related" information?? NOTE: If anyone answers, something vague like "various sources" or "nothing". I will be severely disappointed in your deflection of the actual questions. That is deception, plain and simple. I really couldn't be more specific about what I NEED to know. If you do not know, please do not reply. To the knowledgeable masters who will provide the answers, I thank you ahead of time. : )
