Still with Koodo - new phone, new account - keep number?

I currently have a phone with koodo but its under my dad's name. Its about time I start independently paying my phone (I've been paying it to my dad) so - If I start my own account and get a new phone, can I keep my old number?

Just do a transfer of ownership. Your dad has to call in first to request the transfer, then you have to speak to koodo within 10 days to complete it. There is a one time fee of $25 for the transfer (charged to the new account), but you get to keep the number. Otherwise, no, there is no way to keep your old number as numbers cannot be ported from Koodo (postpaid) to Koodo (postpaid).
