The "BlackBerry data plan" does work with all devices, Andrew. It's been like this for as long as I can remember now. Cheers.

If you have a BlackBerry data plan it should function in those other two phones as well. Though it's not officially supported. I did it with my S2x. Had the 60$ 2gb BlackBerry plan. Worked fine.

Ahmad is right, I'm with Koodo, I have an android phone, Blackberry 9300 phone and an Iphone, I use one single SIM on the 3 phones and Data works fine, I signed first time with BB phone, BB APN still exist on my profile and I have BB plan.
Blackberry plans do work this is true, but official support would be nice

I had a blackberry plan , when I had switched phones at a store with out me knowing my plan was changed to a non blackberry plan. Now I know to switch this back, as I did work for one of the big 2 cell providers. But having a plan made for this would make it easier for customers to pick the right plan. Just one and done.

Official support? If you want "official support", please call Koodo Customer Service at *611 on your Koodo Cell. We, community members, are customers like you but I think we are pretty knowledgeable to solve most problems. I believe many members have given you an answer but your responses are rather confusing and vague.

This wasn't a tec question look at the tags.... this was a suggestion to koodo... John, koodo does not have an official plan for this... as a suggestion to koodo, it would be helpful to the non tec people that do want this option, sorry for the suggestion... not everyone has worked for rogers, or bell, as I have. so i know how all the apns work, being on tec support, not everyone knows there is even a difference in plans many people like self serve options as my original post stated it would be easy for koodo to add the apn to all plans, or make it easy as a check box in the self serve

The blackberry z10, q10, android phones & iphones use the same data, so no plan switch is needed. The only exception are the old blackberries because of how Rim had set up the data.

That is one thing Rim has done right this time
