Signal has disappeared


How long is fair to wait for service to be fixed? About 2 weeks ago we basically lost the signal at our location that we used to have. Now we just get "no service" as the connection strength unless we drive about 4 km's. We did get service up to about 2 weeks ago. Have talked to service 2 or 3 times now and nothing has been fixed. Very disappointing service. We use a Blackberry and iPhone and this applies to both phones.

So you called Koodo and logged a ticket like we suggested? What did they tell you at the time the ticket was logged?
Yes - would look into it. That was 8 or 9 days ago and nothing since then.

Since we are just customers like you, your best bet is to calm into koodo again and ask for a status update, maybe tell them how long you've been without service. I will tell you however. Use a calm voice and demeanor even though you're mad. Service reps are more willing to help you if you're pleasant about your approach.
